This is a rare opportunity to meet Ettore Finetto, owner and winemaker of Garbole, who will be present to guide you through the evening. Hear his story firsthand and discover the philosophy, passion, and craftsmanship behind Garbole's exceptional wines.

 

Executive Chef Erik Trozza has created a five-course dinner menu thoughtfully paired with some of Garbole's best bottles, from their crisp Prosecco to the rich Amarone Riserva. It's going to be a delicious culinary journey.
